...is commited to consequent service orientation and continual quality improvements as their main objectives. This is confirmed by our current balance sheet. Despite strong competitors, the casino has grown at a better rate than that of the market average. Between 1991 and 2004 the casino not only rose seven places to position 5 in the national ranking (based on gross revenue), but also increased the gross betting revenue by 182% to reach a sum of 44.6 million Euros as of today. The national average inreased by just 60% in comparison. Our Wiesbaden team has now certainly earned the casinos standing as the No.1 in the Rhein-Main region.The Wiesbaden Casino is one of some 60 licensed casinos in Germany and is subject to continual state monitoring. More than 90% of the gaming revenue goes to the Wiesbaden City Council and Hessen County.
In almost all European countries the Casinos have a special form of Employee salary. As in the Wiesbaden Casino, the employee salaries consist entirely of tips from our guests.The unwritten law is that our guests donate to our staff 1/35 th of any winnings they may earn.
