III. Data processing with regard to the operation of the fan page

As the operator of the fan page, we use the function of "Facebook Insights", which Facebook makes available to us. Facebook Insights provides us with Facebook statistics (e.g. total page views, likes, page activity, etc.). We are only provided with these statistical data in an anonymised form, that is to say that we cannot assign these data to any particular visitor to our site. We also do not have any access to the data on which the statistics are based.

In order for Facebook to be able to provide us with these data, Facebook stores cookies on the devices you use to access the fan page. These cookies are small text files that contain a unique user code. The cookies are active for a period of two years, unless you delete them before then. As far as we know, Facebook uses the data collected by the cookies to provide you with advertisements and also to enable this to happen with Facebook affiliates and advertising partners of Facebook.

We do not share personal data. We maintain this fan page to promote our products and to be able to communicate with you. The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effective communication and interaction with users as well as in the optimised presentation of our products and services in accordance with. This right exists, in particular, if the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead, also in the event that we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and when the data subject has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject. On the Instagram channel called "spielbankwiesbaden", we take you behind the scenes of Casino Wiesbaden, and tell you about our latest news, promotions or events. You can also leave comments and ask questions there.
