What clothes are recommended?

We ask that you wear clothes (shoes included) that are appropriate and in keeping with the atmosphere at Casino Wiesbaden. A business look is not required.

We do accept casual clothing. Outfits with offensive prints, club jerseys, sportswear, “hoodies”, heavily torn jeans, shorts for men, tank tops, sandals, flip-flops and boots with visible laces, as well as headgear are not permitted.

What is the minimum age?

You must be at least 18 years old to visit Casino Wiesbaden and to participate in the game.

Is it obligatory to take part in the game?

There is of course no obligation to play – you are also very welcome if you just want to get a taste of the atmosphere or have a drink at one of our two bars. Culinary delights are provided by both the casino restaurant Joker´S and our K1 bar in the gaming machine area.

How about tipping?

Internationally, it’s customary for the guest to pay one 35th of every payout into the “Tronc" (tip pot) for the staff, since according to legal requirements, all the salaries of the approximately 200 casino staff must be paid from that box alone; this does not, for instance, constitute an additional “tip” for the croupiers.

Can I give a casino visit as a gift?

Of course! Simply contact our Reception staff during our classic game opening hours (2.45 pm until at least 3 am). You have the option of purchasing tokens (smallest size € 2) as well as admission vouchers (€ 2.50) and drink vouchers (€ 4.50). We’re also happy to send you the desired item by post for a fee. Please contact our Marketing Department via E-Mail: marketing@spielbank-wiesbaden.de.
